About Dr. Bhushan Phadke(Ph.D.)

I bring over 30 years of experience in education, training, and guidance as a senior educator and EFT Master Practitioner. I actively integrate technology, management, psychology, and Indian spiritual knowledge systems to offer a balanced, practical, and compassionate approach to emotional and personal development.

I hold qualifications in Computer Engineering, Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Kirtan Shastra, and a Ph.D. in Management. I have taught as a visiting faculty at several management colleges and worked closely with JEE–NEET coaching institutes, where I guide school, junior college, and college students through academic pressure, emotional challenges, confidence building, and key life decisions.

Alongside my academic work, I practice the traditional art of Shriramkatha storytelling. I have conducted over 50 Ramkatha programs and authored Jivanopayogi Ramayan, a book that presents the wisdom of the Ramayana for practical, everyday living.

Through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), I actively support students, families, educators, and institutions in managing stress, strengthening relationships, and developing emotional balance, clarity, resilience, and performance confidence.

Mind Healing Academy is a center for emotional wellness, relationship harmony, and value-based personal development. Led by Dr. Bhushan Phadke(Ph.D.), a senior educator and EFT Master Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in education and training, the Academy integrates psychology, education, and Indian wisdom traditions in a structured and responsible manner.

Through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mind Healing Academy supports individuals and families in addressing stress, anxiety, emotional overload, relationship conflicts, academic pressure, low confidence, performance anxiety, and emotional stuckness. EFT is used as a practical tool to help regulate emotions, improve clarity, and build emotional resilience.

Services are offered through individual guidance, family support, workshops, and institutional programs, and are also available online for individuals and families living abroad (NRIs), ensuring continuity of support across time zones.
