About Me

Dr. Bhushan Phadke is a senior educator and EFT Master Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in education, training, and guidance. His multidisciplinary background blends technology, management, psychology, and Indian spiritual knowledge systems, allowing him to offer a balanced, practical, and compassionate approach to emotional and personal development.

He holds qualifications in Computer Engineering, Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Kirtan Shastra, and a Ph.D. in Management. He has served as a visiting faculty at several management colleges and has been closely associated with JEE–NEET coaching institutes, supporting school, junior college, and college students through academic pressure, emotional challenges, confidence building, and important life decisions.

Alongside his academic work, Dr. Phadke is a traditional Shriramkatha storyteller who has conducted over 50 Ramkatha programs and is the author of Jivanopayogi Ramayan, a book that presents the wisdom of the Ramayana for practical everyday living.

Through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), he supports students, families, educators, and institutions in managing stress, improving relationships, building emotional balance, clarity, resilience, and performance confidence.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) helps calm the body’s stress response while gently addressing emotional challenges. Tapping on specific points signals the nervous system to relax, reducing emotional intensity and mental overwhelm. This helps the mind process thoughts and feelings more calmly. Over time, EFT supports emotional clarity, balance, and the release of old emotional patterns.

By bringing attention to what you are feeling while tapping, EFT allows the mind and body to let go of emotional blocks in a safe and natural way. Over time, this practice helps people feel lighter, more relaxed, and better equipped to handle everyday challenges with clarity and emotional ease.

Led by Dr. Bhushan Phadke(Ph.D.), a senior educator and EFT Master Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in education and training, the Academy integrates psychology, education, and Indian wisdom traditions in a structured and responsible manner.

Through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mind Healing Academy supports individuals and families in addressing stress, anxiety, emotional overload, relationship conflicts, academic pressure, low confidence, performance anxiety, and emotional stuckness. EFT is used as a practical tool to help regulate emotions, improve clarity, and build emotional resilience.

Services are offered through individual guidance, family support, workshops, and institutional programs, and are also available online for individuals and families living abroad (NRIs), ensuring continuity of support across time zones.
